Your role and responsibilities (Mandatory)

In this role, you will have the opportunity to gain vocational experience through a temporary work placement. Each day, you will acquire knowledge by performing tasks as directed. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting ABB's operations and enhancing personal education/employment opportunities.
This position is responsible for supporting Staff Communications team in document administrative tasks and other event organizing tasks. Main duties are included but not limited to:
* Create and publish content (blog articles, news, research, showcases) in both ENG and VN across various digital platforms.
* Manage content for the social media webpage by organizing stories, case studies, and marketing materials provided by.
* Support in translating media releases, internal and external news reports, articles, memos, news and other necessary documents.
* Support the Marketing and Communications Manager in website enhancement, including updating content, improving user experience, and ensuring SEO alignment
* Producing and drafting presentations, word docs and excel sheets on requested content, including graphic designing.
* Assist in internal and external events organizing work, which includes working with vendors and relevant stakeholders, booking, arranging meetings, calls, logistics arrangements
* Help with the planning and execution of marketing events.
* Other duties as assigned

Qualifications for the role (Mandatory)
* Senior Students or fresh graduates holding University degrees in Communication/Marketing/Journalism or related majors
* Good English translating & speaking skills
* Photo-shooting and designing skill is a plus
* Able to take initiatives, and willingness to grow in the organization
