Workplace Service Delivery Analyst

Job Description:

Responsible for coordinating and supporting operations across corporate sites in Argentina, Chile, and Colombia. This role will manage vendors and payments for regular and capital expenses, ensuring compliance and service quality. It will oversee administrative processes, documentation validation, and record control, and collaborate on continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency. The ideal profile is analytical, organized, and detail-oriented."
Main Responsibilities:
* End-to-end follow-up of the Workplace team's full billing cycle, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
* Manage the monthly financial impact of buildings, ensuring control and visibility over critical payments.
* Act as the main point of contact between Workplace and vendors to resolve billing issues, amount validations, and adjustments.
* Coordinate invoice review and approval, ensuring compliance with internal policies and control processes.
* Support the management of administrative processes related to operations, ensuring adherence to internal policies.

Qualifications:
· Student of Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field
· Proactive profile with strong analytical skills
· Strong Excel skills
· Intermediate level of English
