About this role

As a Lead Researcher within our Sales Operations department, you will play a pivotal role in fueling our growth. You will lead the way by conducting deep research into potential restaurant partners, ensuring our Sales teams are equipped with high-quality leads. By owning your results and maintaining a customer-centric approach, you help us deliver the best selection to our users. We thrive on teamwork to deliver, and you will collaborate closely with Field and Inside Sales to stay one step ahead of the competition. In this fast-paced environment, your commitment to data integrity helps us care for our partners from the very first touchpoint.

These are some of the key components to the position:

* Identify all potential partner leads and meticulously process data to drive excellence.
* Analyze leads to confirm they meet sign-up criteria, always aiming high for quality.
* Leverage AI tools to optimize lead generation, data cleaning, and research efficiency.
* Update and maintain partner data in our CRM with a focus on simplicity and clarity.
* Monitor market changes and the competitive landscape to provide actionable insights.
* Collaborate with the Sales team to prioritize focus areas and maximize impact.
* Contribute creative ideas to optimize and simplify our lead generation processes.
* Take responsibility for lead documentation to ensure efficient sales handovers.

What will you bring to the team?

* A strong understanding of the Sales process and a commitment to achieving goals in a collaborative environment.
* Basic knowledge of AI tools and a proactive mindset toward adopting new AI-driven workflows.
* Proficiency with CRM software and a desire to develop an understanding of internal partners.
* Exceptional interpersonal skills and a focus on providing a great customer experience.
* A passion for working accurately with data and the ability to find clarity in unstructured information.
* Strong self-motivation and the determination to make a lasting impact.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
