Job Description:

YOUR MISSION

* You will support PUMA in becoming the fastest sports brand in the world.
* You have a comprehensive understanding of how your store operates and leverage your experience as a store manager in retail.
* You will recruit, develop, train, coach, motivate, and lead employees into a high-performing and results-oriented team.
* You will ensure consistently high customer satisfaction in your store, verify compliance with all visual merchandising standards, monitor inventory flow, and achieve effective cost control.
* You will analyze your store's KPIs and work with your team to meet or exceed targets.
* You are open to development opportunities at other locations.

YOUR TALENT

* You have experience as a branch manager, store manager, or sales associate with leadership experience.
* You are customer-oriented (full-time) and a reliable and friendly individual.
* You are able to learn new things, systems, and experiences in the fast-paced retail environment.
* You have the ability to identify and develop talent.
* You are highly organized with excellent time management skills and are interested in innovation and change.
* You communicate confidently in English.
