We are looking for a Warehouse Handler to join our Distribution Center team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing daily warehouse operations as well as Value Added Services (VAS), ensuring accuracy, quality, and compliance with strict healthcare standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Execute daily warehouse activities: receiving, inspection, putaway, replenishment, picking, packing, and shipping
* Perform Value Added Services (VAS) such as labeling, programming, repacking, and product modifications
* Ensure all transactions are accurately recorded in SAP/ERP systems with full batch and serial traceability
* Prepare and execute shipments, optimizing packaging and coordinating with internal teams when needed
* Conduct cycle counts and support inventory control activities in line with procedures
* Maintain compliance with quality standards (ISO 13485 / ISO 14001) and internal work instructions
* Ensure a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment, including proper equipment handling
* Contribute actively to team operations, continuous improvement, and a strong team spirit
What You'll Bring
* High school diploma or equivalent experience in warehouse or logistics operations
* Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and RF scanning tools is a strong asset
* Fluency in Dutch or French, with good understanding of Dutch; English is a plus
* Strong attention to detail and focus on accuracy, quality, and consistency
* Team-oriented mindset with good communication skills and customer focus
* Well-organized, proactive, and willing to learn new processes
* Ability to follow procedures strictly in a regulated environment
* Commitment to maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient workplace
