Job Description
Key responsibilities:
* Translate Business Planning and Analysis goals into actionable plans for the commercial organization.
* Partner with managers to support financial activities, decision making, and high-impact projects.
* Deliver accurate, compliant, timely analysis and performance reporting that informs leadership decisions.
* Monitor business performance and provide early warnings to guide resource reallocation.
* Safeguard data integrity and recommend actions to improve forecast accuracy.
* Streamline management reporting and implement lean, efficient processes across the commercial teams.
* Coordinate cross-functional collaboration with Finance, Marketing, Sales, and Supply Chain for timely insights.

Essential Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a closely related discipline.
* Proven experience within the pharmaceutical industry.
* Strong capability to lead indirectly and influence stakeholders.
* Excellent analytical skills with attention to accuracy and compliance.
* Proficiency in English and Brazilian Portuguese.
* Ability to craft compelling narratives and communicate insights effectively.
