Responsabilidades:
* Criar a estrutura de elemento PEP e analisar seus resultados mensais para permitir a apuração dos custos em cada linha de negócios da empresa, identificando as variações.
* Analisar mensalmente os dados de work in process (trabalhos em andamento) e comparar com o objetivo do plano operacional anual.
* Identificar e sinalizar ao seu gestor oportunidades de melhoria ou inovação em seu setor, atuar em atividades de pesquisa tecnológica e desenvolvimento de inovação tecnológica relacionadas à sua área de atuação
* Analisar os ajustes de inventários pelo lado de Finanças.
* Fazer o planejamento do estoques para Forecasts.
* Preparar apresentação mensal de acompanhamento/ações de melhorias do estoque e apresentar a Diretoria.
* Preparar business cases de investimentos (Capex)

Requisitos:
* Ensino Superior Completo (obrigatório em: Administração de Empresas, Economia, Ciências Contábeis e /ou Engenharia de Produção).
* Fluência em Português (verbal, leitura e escrita).
* Inglês avançado (será avaliado na entrevista).
* Familiaridade com as atividades de custos e controladoria.
* Domínio de Excel (tabelas dinâmicas, fórmulas, análise de dados).
* Será um diferencial vivência com SAP.
* Capacidade de se comunicar de forma assertiva em diferentes áreas e stakeholders e de agir de forma proativa.

Responsibilities:
* Create the WBS (Work Breakdown Structure) element framework and analyze its monthly results to enable cost allocation across each of the company's business lines, identifying variances.
* Analyze work-in-process data on a monthly basis and compare it with the annual operational plan targets.
* Identify and report to your manager opportunities for improvement or innovation in your sector; engage in technological research and the development of technological innovations related to your area of expertise.
* Analyze inventory adjustments from the Finance perspective.
* Plan inventory for forecasts.
* Prepare a monthly presentation on inventory monitoring and improvement actions and present it to the Executive Board.
* Prepare business cases for capital expenditures (Capex).

Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree (required in: Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, and/or Production Engineering).
* Fluency in Portuguese (spoken, written, and reading).
* Advanced English (will be assessed during the interview).
* Familiarity with cost and controllership activities.
* Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis).
* Experience with SAP is a plus.
* Ability to communicate assertively across different departments and with stakeholders and to act proactively.
