Para desempenhar este cargo com sucesso, o profissional deve ser capaz de executar satisfatoriamente todas as responsabilidades essenciais. Os requisitos abaixo representam os conhecimentos, habilidades e competências necessárias:

* Forte entendimento de e-commerce.
* Sólido conhecimento da dinâmica de fornecedores dentro do canal de distribuição de software.
* Experiência com Marketplace, melhoria de processos e leitura de dados.
* Habilidades estratégicas e analíticas.
* Forte capacidade analítica e de resolução de problemas.
* Experiência em gestão de projetos.
* Excelente orientação ao cliente.
* Capacidade de trabalhar de forma independente, com alto senso de responsabilidade e ownership.
* Conforto para atuar em um ambiente internacional, orientado a resultados e baseado em projetos.
* Capacidade de priorizar e executar tarefas de forma eficaz em ambientes de alta pressão.
* Experiência em projetos relacionados a Licenciamento de Software, Suporte ou Atendimento ao Cliente é um diferencial importante.
* Boa compreensão de aspectos legais e de negócios.
* Conhecimento em cloud é um diferencial
* Inglês é desejável
* Experiência intercultural é um diferencial
* Conhecimento da indústria de Software, Serviços de TI e SaaS é desejável.
