This role is responsible to support delivery of the Supply & Logistics agenda in the region and is directly accountable for logistics operations of over 40 airports. This role works closely with other stakeholders to deliver the agenda and supports commercial team with ad hoc projects

Key Accountabilities

Manage secondary transport logistics across the region ensuring efficient costs and HSSE triple zero target

* Plan RTC delivery flow and scheduling based on airports´s and customer´s needs
* Carrier support: guide and train logistics partners on the use of scheduling and invoicing tools, performance indicators and safety rules
* Management of KPIs: structure and report critical indicators such as OTIF, lead time, service level and logistics costs through dashboards (power BI)
* Process improvement: act in logistics efficiency projects, aiming at optimizing flows and reducing operational risks.
* Ensure RTC invoices were correctly issued and in line with contracted rates; coordination with Finance for payment
* Ensure transport tolls invoices were correctly issued and in line with contracted rates; coordination with Finance for payment.
* Participate in HSSE meeting with RTCs Plan and execute supply logistics to ensure reliability to all airport locations.

Actively manage communication with onsite operations and air bp branded resellers as well as control inventory level within tolerance ranges

* Ensure compliance with the loading and unloading planning according to the defined cadence, flows and needs of each airport / customer
* Monitoring: follow up on deadlines, deliveries and occurrences in transit, acting proactively to avoid delays and ensure the level of service

Support coordination of emergency responses associated with supply/storage issues

* Identify and mitigate risks of stay-generating by alerting interface areas and suggesting displacement or prioritization alternatives

Support negotiations on RTC contracts

* Conduct freight negotiation and contracting process, including the preparation and management of contracts and analysis of SLA clauses

Education

Bachelor's degree in business related curriculum and/or equivalent work experience

Experience

- Aviation Industry (preferable) and the Logistics Industry
- Strong data interpretation and analytical capability.
- Strong understanding of regional supply chains, logistics and airfield services; a track record of monetising this knowledge into RCOP growth.
- Demonstrated sense of personal accountability and team working skills."
- Excellent communication and influencing skills.
- Action-oriented and decisive when managing a crisis.
- Proven ability to problem solve under pressure.
- English language, Intermediate
