Your mission

Deploy and adapt the Pierre Fabre Retail strategy: operationally supervise the Retail strategy of each brand in each territory of its zone, subsidiary or export, ensuring consistency with the sales and marketing strategies defined for the zone.
* Design local merchandising tools: support for territories in the implementation of their strategy.
* Planograms: provision of guidelines and Corporate tools.
* Training: assessment of local needs and skills development of teams.
* Organize exchange meetings between the countries of his area and report information to the International Retail Referent
