The purpose of this role is to be responsible for daily moderation of all messages on the message boards, chat rooms and/or messaging applications. Checking for inappropriate content and modifying and/or deleting messages that are in breach of the moderation guidelines.

* Actualizar documentos de FAQs y protocolos de atención.
* Aplicación de protocolos y documentos de respuesta.
* Escalamiento de casos según complejidad.
* Registro y seguimiento de casos gestionados.
