General Summary:

Minimum Qualifications:* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.

Job Function:

* Working on Connectivity software feature testing for IoT / Embedded products, including functional / performance / reliability / interoperability / certification testing (e.g. Wi-Fi / Bluetooth).
* Working on connectivity test automation development and execution

Responsibilities:
* Independently own Connectivity features testing (Wi-Fi / Bluetooth), including test plan definition, test design, execution, issue analysis, and closure tracking.
* Research and define the scope, metrics, and methodology of Connectivity performance and quality metrics, such as Throughput, Latency, PER, Roaming, Power, Stability, and Concurrency KPIs.
* Own end-to-end execution of connectivity test activities, including test environment setup, data collection, analysis, maintenance, and reporting.
* Support interoperability, certification, and system-level validation, working closely with development, system, and PdM teams.
* Continuously improve test efficiency through automation, tools, and test framework enhancement.

Skill Requirements:

* Solid experience in Connectivity software testing, with exposure to Wi-Fi (802.11 a/b/g/n/ac/ax/be), Bluetooth (BR/EDR, LE), and/or other wireless or communication technologies.
* Strong Python programming/scripting experience for test automation and data analysis.
* Good understanding of connectivity performance testing and benchmarking methodologies, including throughput, latency, PER, roaming, power, stability, CPU/memory impact.
* Familiar with Linux / Embedded systems, networking fundamentals, and test/debug tools (iperf, sniffer, log analysis, etc.).
* Ability to work independently and take full ownership of test modules or projects.
* Effective communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional and global teams.
* Strong English skills in reading, writing, and technical communication.
* Experience in project-level ownership or leading connectivity test initiatives is a strong plus
* BS 3+ or MS 1+ experience in embedded product software testing, including relevant internship experience.

* BS/MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Communication Engineering.
