We are looking for an energetic and passionate Floor Manager to join our Copenhagen Brand Center.

This is an exciting opportunity for a strong retail leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves coaching people, and is motivated by delivering both commercial success and exceptional customer experiences.

As Floor Manager, you will play a key role in bringing the adidas brand to life on the shop floor - leading your team, driving performance, and ensuring every consumer interaction feels premium, seamless, and inspiring.

What you'll do:

* Lead and inspire a team within your area of responsibility to deliver exceptional service and achieve store KPIs

* Drive sales performance, productivity, and operational excellence on the shop floor

* Be a role model for premium customer service and advanced selling techniques

* Coach and develop team members to maximize performance and engagement

* Use commercial insights and KPI knowledge to make decisions that improve business performance

* Ensure excellent visual merchandising, product availability, and store standards are maintained at all times

* Coordinate replenishment, stock flow, and operational execution to maximize product availability

* Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members

* Create an engaging, safe, and easy-to-shop environment for consumers

* Collaborate with store leadership and share best practices to drive overall team success

* Commercially minded with a strong understanding of retail KPIs and store operations

* Flexible to work retail hours including evenings, weekends, and peak trading periods

* Previous retail leadership experience is required
