This role involves applying complex writing and content rules to ensure accuracy, consistency, clarity, and faithful representation of customer sentiment, while adhering to detailed project guidelines.

What you'll do
*Implement complex rules related to writing structure, content, register, and perspective to maintain consistency and coherence across summaries.
*Conduct thorough research to verify the accuracy of information and ensure all content is factually correct.
*Edit and refine summaries to improve clarity, readability, and overall quality.
*Synthesize customer reviews to capture key points and overall sentiment concisely and accurately.
*Apply content and editorial guidelines consistently across all customer review summaries.
*Translate project guidelines into your language, adapting them specifically to your country/locale conventions.
