Company description Client Lead We're currently looking for a Client Lead to service our network clients, as a part of our Client Team. If you like owning your own clients, and be the local expect on everything strategic, this might be the role for you. The Role As a Client Lead with Publicis Groupe, you are an integral part of the daily communication with clients and internal teams as it relates to overall project status and process. You ensure that deliverables are on time, on brief and within budget. You have an in-depth knowledge of you clients and their brands to provide strategic insights and secure the financial health of your accounts. You understand how to build trusting relationships with clients and can identify client needs to convert these to business opportunities. You must be an effective communicator, detail-oriented and have a clear understanding of internal processes to ensure efficiency. On a daily basis, you should expect to have client communication, work closely with internal agents from inside the Publicis network, and develop media plans relevant to your clients. What you will be doing Has the overall responsibility for the planning and execution of media plans on own clients. Builds strong and trusting relationships with clients to ensure client satisfaction. Responsible for the financial management of own clients. Analyses campaign performance and provides insightful reports both internally and to clients. Supports the identification of business opportunities within clients based on brand and market knowledge, and data insights. Has an in-depth knowledge of different media platforms and understands how to utilize these to reach target audience. Translates client needs and feedback to internal partners. Works closely cross-functionally to align media strategy and overall business goals. Reviews deliverables to ensure they are high quality, brand consistent and on brief. Continuously improves operational processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. Your background A couple of years of experience from a similar role within a media agency. Understands the media industry and is updated on market trends. Experience balancing multiple clients and projects simultaneously. Likes to work both strategically and operatively in a fast-paced environment. Experience building and tracking against a budget. Strong creative problem-solving skills and the ability to negotiate. Experience within project management, including how to lead a team and clients. Strong collaboration and presentation skills.
