Join Our Team as a Facility Admin Specialist!
Are you ready to play a vital role in our facility management team? We're looking for a dedicated individual to support our housing initiatives for interns and ensure our operations run smoothly across our diverse buildings.
Core Responsibilities
* Serve as the primary contact for intern housing, ensuring a satisfying experience for all tenants.
* Manage budgeting and expenses, including invoice management and purchase orders.
* Collaborate closely with Design Management to anticipate intern needs and raise issues as necessary.
* Oversee waiting lists, allocate apartments/studios, and conduct viewings for potential tenants.
* Drive continuous improvement in housing operations and integrate new buildings for tenant readiness.
* Updating and maintaining documentation and compliance with safety standards in all facility operations.
* Administering and structuring content on SharePoint sites, including layout, navigation and document sharing.
* Coordinating internal processes and communication between departments regarding facility related matters.
* Supporting the planning and execution of maintenance tasks.
* Handling inquiries and tasks from colleagues related to office facilities and the working environment.

Do You Have What It Takes?
* Proven experience in administrative roles or office management.
* Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant administrative software.
* Excellent communication skills in both Danish and English would be an advantage.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to safety compliance.
