The SRM Lead is responsible for adapting and deploying the Strategic Revenue Management agenda for Mars Wrigley Nordics (two of four markets). This role will lead the development and execution of revenue growth strategies, leveraging pricing/PPA, promotion, mix, and trade investment levers to maximize profitable growth and drive triple win. The SRM Lead will partner cross-functionally and with the Region to deliver actionable insights, accelerate value creation, and support the achievement of business objectives.
Please note that this position is offered on a one-year fixed-term contract basis.
What are we looking for?
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
* Proven experience in Strategic Revenue Management or similar roles in FMCG or CPG industries, 3-5 yrs+. Additional Sales and Demand experience is an advantage
* Strong analytical skills with experience in data modeling, financial analysis, and business case development
* Proficiency in SRM tools, analytics platforms, and Excel
* Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.

* Revenue Growth Levers: Lead the analysis and optimization of pricing, price-pack architecture, promotional effectiveness, and trade terms to drive sustainable revenue, abs. margin and penetration growth
* Data Analytics & Insights: Utilize advanced analytics to generate actionable insights on consumer, customer, and competitor behaviors; translate findings into clear recommendations.
* Implementation and Performance Tracking: Ensure implementation of SRM initiatives and track progress against targets.
