Job Summary
We are looking for a new Sales Manager for the Processing business area with a key focus on Ice Cream. In this position you will be responsible for the sales of processing solutions for new and existing customers in the Nordic and the Baltics as well as for selected Key Accounts.
This role belongs to Tetra Pak Market North Europe which operates in the Nordic countries, the Baltics, UK and Ireland. We are responsible for Sales, Engineering and Technical Service of Processing and Packaging Equipment.
This is a permanent position preferably based in Århus, Denmark. Due to customer meetings, the position requires travelling approximately 100 days per year.
What you will do
As our new Sales Manager you will be responsible for the local sales strategy and setting up activities with the purpose of growing our customers' business.
* You will be the main point of contact for the customer and collaborate closely with cross functional colleagues to find the best solutions.
* Focus will be on understanding the customers' needs and providing value-based arguments to secure order intake in a competitive market.
* You will collaborate with our Packaging, Engineering and Services teams while implementing the customers plans and projects.
We believe you have
* To be successful in this position we believe that you are a commercially driven person with excellent communication and sales skills, with an ability to develop and maintain trusting relationships.
* You are comfortable in presenting value-based solutions, and you also have some experience working with CRM and ERP systems.
* Collaboration comes naturally to you, and you always put the customer first.
* You will have an interest in sustainable solutions, plant automation and digitalization and will have worked within commercial sales or similar for a few years.
* Experience from Food and Beverage industry is necessary and from Ice cream is a plus.
* You have a Technical University degree within Engineering, Food Science, Marketing or similar.
* It is required to be fluent in one of the Scandinavian languages: Swedish, Danish or Norwegian and also English.
