CONTEXT

As part of Global Technology (Group Tech department of Edenred), Global Support Functions Applications (GSFA) aims to act as the trusted technology partner to the Finance, HR, and legal Departments. Its mission is to support and accelerate the transformation, modernization and standardization of their business processes and systems.

Key Missions of the GSFA Department:
* Deploy the systems selected by the business partners, ensuring seamless implementation and adoption.
* Maintain, enhance, and continuously improve existing applications to adapt to evolving business needs and technological advancements.
* Own and safeguard the defined core models, ensuring consistency, compliance, and alignment with corporate standards.

In this context, the group is investing to update the Credit to Cash Collection (C2C) process to an industry best practice and modernize the C2C technology by deploying the Sidetrade tool as the global group solution. Edenred is also launching an ambitious program to comply with ISO20022 norm in the coming years and aims at supporting the Treasury team in its digital journey

YOUR ROLE

The Senior Finance Project Manager will be in charge of major initiatives across two core areas:
* The deployment and evolution of Sidetrade for cash collection (Order-to-Cash).
* Projects related to the treasury information system landscape (ISO20022, payments, bank reconciliation, cash management).
He will manage an internal resource and steer external partners, drive end-to-end delivery from scoping to rollout, and ensure measurable business value (DSO reduction, improved cash visibility, secure and efficient payments).
He will directly report to the Finance Project Director of GSFA.

Key Responsibilities

1/ Sidetrade (Cash Collection) stream

* Lead multi-country deployment of Sidetrade, from discovery and design to build, test and hypercare.
* Coordinate integrations with ERP and other platforms (customer master, local finance solutions mainly)
* Own data readiness: cleansing, migration, and ongoing data quality KPIs.
* Set up change management: super-user network, training materials, UAT, cutover, and adoption tracking.
* Be a catalyst for the deployment of innovative solutions in our platform
* Promote and spread the best practices around Sidetrade usage within the group (functionalities or modules)

2/ Treasury IS stream
* Deliver projects on the treasury systems landscape related to ISO20022 norm
* Coordinate with Group Treasury on roadmap, controls, and integration with ERPs and banking partners

What we expect from you
* Own full project lifecycle: scope, planning, budget, staffing, governance, reporting.
* Manage vendors: RFPs/RFIs, SOWs, delivery oversight, SLAs, and acceptance.
* Ensure the quality of project delivery in terms of scope, budget, planning and be proactive in the implementation of necessary improvements (processes, documentation, communication,…)
* Ensure compliance with security, privacy (e.g., GDPR), and internal control requirements.
* Manage a successful transition of your projects to the Run: handover to support team, knowledge base, SLAs, and continuous improvement backlog.
* Lead and coach one internal team member; coordinate and supervise external consultants/integrators.
* Build strong partnerships with Group Finance, Treasury, Country Finance teams, and IT architecture/integration/security.
* Facilitate decision-making, resolve conflicts, and communicate status and risks clearly to senior stakeholders.

YOUR PROFILE

Required Qualifications and Experience

* Master's degree in Finance, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field with minimum Bac+5 level education
* Minimum 10 +years of experience in Finance/IT project management in an international environment.
* Proven delivery of Treasury solutions and strong knowledge of ISO 20022 norm and formats. Hands-on experience with Kyriba is a strong plus (or comparable tools)
* Familiar with Order-to-Cash/cash collection process ; hands-on experience with Sidetrade is a strong plus (or comparable tools)
* Demonstrated vendor/partner management (contracts, SOWs, SLAs) and multi-country deployments.
* Certifications appreciated: PMP/Prince2/Agile (Scrum/SAFe), ITIL.

* Strong capacity to adapt to a changing and challenging context
* Rigor, organization and proactivity to man age several topics in parallel
* Planning and execution excellence in a very demanding environment. Respect of scope, planning and budget is a no brainer for GSFA department
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication, including with finance executives and IT leadership. A good team spirit and strong interpersonal skills are key to coordinating the various stakeholders
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; data-driven approach to benefits tracking.
* Fluent in English. Spanish would be a plus.
