We are looking for a Human Resources Operations & Talent Acquisition Manager at Paris Head Office reporting to the HR Manager Chopard France, Retail Europe & Hotel Activities.

Mission:
Support the HR Manager Chopard France, Retail Europe & Hotel Activities & the local management team in all Human Resources related matters with an emphasis on talent acquisition-recruitment, learning & people development related activities for both Chopard core activities & Hotel Activities.
Main responsibilities

As a support to HR Manager Chopard France, Retail Europe & Hotel Activities

1.TALENT ACQUISITION - RECRUITMENT
Recruitment
*define and implement the recruitment planning in alignment with the HR Manager according to countries / cities selected
*manage the recruitment in coordination with the line managers (full time, extras / interim, interns, apprentices..)
*understand the operational needs of the business lines, clarifying the skills and activities of the jobs
*manage job requisitions (internal approval process in Cornerstone)
*manage job advertisement in relevant portals
*organize interviews and hiring process
*maintain dashboard of recruitment updates & statistics
*propose innovative sourcing initiatives
*ability to advise and recommend to line managers

Talent pooling
*create exceptional candidate experience by highlighting the employer value proposition
*create and maintain a talent pool for Retail core activities and Hotel activities to anticipate and promote the employer brand
*create creative tools for holding regular contact (Retail & Hotel activities)

Employer Branding
*define and manage the employer branding strategy in alignment with the HR Manager according to countries / cities selected
*seek and maintain good contacts to schools / universities
*organize school presentation, job dating and activities
*identify all local initiatives to create awareness to the brand and attract new recruits (recruitment fairs, open days ..)
*presentation of la Maison for selected schools with activities for Retail and Hotel activities

2.Learning & People development
Employee Onboarding
*manage the employee onboarding process
*create, execute and follow the onboarding trainings
*create e-learning content

Employee Development
*ensure that the annual review processes are in place and used correctly, as per global standards and as per legal requirements
*ensure that job descriptions and skills & competencies definitions are consistent
*provide support in performance evaluation by monitoring the scoring, the interviews and analysing the feedback by employee and manager
*propose to the HR Manager training ideas / courses /focus based on individual & departmental needs, as well as market trends & business requirements

3.General Administrative activities
HR administration
*manage standard HR administration matters
*organize standardized onboarding processes in alignment with global standards
*manage the Employment procedures and planification for extras & interim (hotel)
*manage the onboarding and exit procedures (full time, extras/interim, interns, apprentices…)
*assist in managing the KPI for the service as well as the reporting tools associated with

Workman council and other authorities
*prepare the relevant social and HR data to support the HR Manager in the management of the workman council and any other authorities
*assist and prepare the relevant documentation for any legislation updates

Required competencies

Education & Skills

Competencies

- Education: Bachelor in Human Resources / Business / Psychology
- A proven experience of 5 years in the Human Resources and/or recruitment function in a luxury environment Retail (preferably in Jewellery and Watchmaking) or Hospitality
- Knowledge of French Labor Law
- Native French and very good English (level C1), ideally 3rd language (Spanish)

- intercultural knowledge by experience

- very good people evaluations skills and ability to communicate internally
- very good communication skills, verbally, in writing and on social media
- action oriented, "get it done" mentality
- good ability to manage several tasks simultaneously in different sectors and geographical areas
- Sense of discretion and confidentiality
- very good IT knowledge incl. HRM system (Word, Excel, Visio, Canva, Cornerstone, Kelio)
- "IT savvy" mindset
