Role Overview
The CSH AI Lead is responsible for driving the execution and adoption of AI-driven solutions within the Connected Services Hub (CSH), with a Copilot-first approach. The role focuses on translating CSH operational needs into practical, scalable AI use cases that improve efficiency, consistency, and analyst experience across global hubs.
This role owns the AI use-case portfolio, roadmap, and adoption for CSH.

Key Responsibilities (Summary)
· Lead delivery and continuous improvement of AI solutions for CSH, primarily leveraging Microsoft Copilot and low-code AI capabilities.
· Translate CSH playbooks, documented processes and operating procedures, and operational rules into guided, AI-assisted workflows.
· Own and manage the CSH AI use-case portfolio: intake, qualification, prioritization, and value tracking.
· Maintain and communicate the CSH AI roadmap, aligned with operational priorities and ROI.
· Drive adoption across global hubs through enablement, feedback loops, and continuous improvement.
· Build and maintain a CSH Copilot Prompt Library and animate the agent community around best practices and usage.
· Ensure compliance with enterprise governance and act as the execution-level interface with Digital and AI teams.

Profile & Positioning
· Strong understanding of business processes and ability to ramp up quickly on CSH operations.
· Hands-on experience with Copilot or similar low-code AI tools.
· Execution-focused, pragmatic, and value-driven.
