Structural Design Engineer (d/f/m)

We offer an exciting position as a Structural Designer (d/f/m) within our dynamic, transnational product team. In this role, you will directly contribute to the development and sustainability of flagship defense programs, including the Eurofighter, Eurodrone, and FCAS (Future Combat Air System).

Your tasks and responsibilities
* Generating 3D models and 2D drawings of aircraft general arrangements and complex structural components.
* Supporting the management of interfaces to ensure seamless integration across sub-systems.
* Contributing to and supporting the Digital Mock-Up (DMU) maintenance and review processes.
* Developing in-service repairs to support operational efficiency and structural integrity.
* Collaborating closely within a transnational product team to align on engineering standards and project milestones.
Desired skills and qualifications
* Degree: Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a similar technical field.
* Tools: Solid experience with CAD tools, specifically CATIA V5 and DDMS / 3DEXPERIENCE.
* Domain Expertise: Proven professional experience working with military aircraft structures.
* Languages: Fluency in German and English (both written and spoken) is mandatory for this international environment.
* Soft Skills: Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset to thrive within cross-border teams.
