About this Position

What you´ll do

* Lead financial controlling and risk monitoring as finance expert for real estate
* Prepare and evaluate business cases (DCF) to support real estate projects and investment decisions
* Prepare and steer the real estate investment planning process
* Develop, improve and implement governance, processes and tools for real estate controlling and data management
* Support internal stakeholders and committees with decision-relevant analyses and reporting
* Steer assigned special projects as a reliable, competent, and results-oriented business partner
* Collaborate with an international team of experts and in an intercultural environment

What makes you a good fit

* Master's degree in studies of real estate with focus in finance and accounting, or business administration with professional experience in real estate
* Ideally 3-5 years of relevant finance / controlling experience in real estate environment, preferably within a corporate context
* Excellent knowledge level of Excel, Power Point and affinity to related software and Power BI is a plus
* Excellent communication skills paired with analytical and strategic thinking, solution-oriented mindset and diligent work approach
* Strong interest in driving the adoption and further development of AI- and data-driven solutions within real estate finance
* Strong proficiency in English, fluency in German preferred
