Join us to drive high-impact transformation projects across product software industries - from aircraft and automotive to consumer electronics.
You'll operate at the intersection of embedded software, operating model design and strategy - helping OEMs and suppliers rethink how they engineer software in sync with hardware.
What you bring:
* 3-5 years in embedded software development and technology strategy
* Domain expertise in automotive software (ECUs, SDV, ADAS, AUTOSAR, etc.)
* Technical depth across uC/uP, MCAL/BSP, RTOS/POSIX, middleware, applications
* Experience in operating model design (organization, governance, MBSE, CI/CD, test automation, Agile)
* Structured thinking, sharp communication in German & English
* Passion for translating engineering complexity into business impact
