Job Description:

We are looking for a Mechanic at our Service Course in Germany who ensures the optimal condition and performance of all team bicycles through careful maintenance, repair, and logistical coordination to contribute to the overall success of the team.RESPONSIBILITIES

Mechanics

Maintenance, repair, modification, cleaning of Team bikes returning from and going to races.
Occasional technical support during races and training camps.
Collaboration with other on-the-road mechanics team and internal stakeholders.

Bike Logistics

Bike-related Logistics coordination, support for equipment-related logistics.
Inventory management of technical and spare parts.

EXPERIENCE

Technical certification or diploma in bicycle mechanics.

Proven experience in bicycle maintenance and repair.

Knowledge of professional cycling standards.

Thorough understanding of bicycle components and technology.

Strong organizational and logistical skills.

Attention to detail and precision.

Flexibility to travel frequently/willingness to work on call.
