We are currently looking for a Junior Distribution Planner (m/f/d) for our Head Office in Cologne, Germany. Within the Client Care department, the planner plays a central role in driving operational excellence. The role includes distribution planning for all markets where RIMOWA is operating. The position will report to the Client Care Operations Manager.
Your Tasks:
* Distribution Planning & Execution: manage the weekly & daily planning of spare parts distribution from the central hub to local hubs, and from local hubs to repair workshops & stores, ensuring optimal efficiency
* Product Availability: Guarantee consistent spare parts availability at stores and workshops level, proactively push for fast replenishment in case of stock shortage
* Rebalancing stock : Organize rebalancing stock between markets, avoiding overstock or out-of-stock situation
* Regional support : provide comprehensive support to regions with high responsiveness for operational issues related to spare parts, adjust planning set up depending of local specificities and requirements, e.g. stock coverage, safety stock and replenishment frequency
* Process documentation & standardization : develop and maintain SOPs for all distribution process, including market- specific particularities
* Support on procurement planning : back up the senior planner in execution of weekly purchase orders to suppliers to replenish the central hubYour Benefits:

Profil
Your Profile:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, business administration or related field, first work experience in Supply Chain in luxury or FMCG is a plus
Experienced in working with planning tool and excellent Excel skills
Good communication skills, positive attitude, and strong team player
Synthetic and well-structured mindset with priority management
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Ability to simplify and communicate on complex topics
Be pro-active with continuous improvement mindset
English fluent mandatory, German skills is a plus
