The project: We are looking for a Project Controls Manager to work across a vast network of clients in the pharmaceutical space in Germany.
You'll be responsible for:
* Promoting diversity, inclusion, and wellbeing.
* Implementing PMO and project controls frameworks.
* Supporting best-in-class service delivery and engagement.
* Managing cost, schedule, change, risk, and reporting.
* Supporting long-term PMO strategy development.
* Driving innovation and support resourcing needs.
* Implementing effective PMO and Project Controls frameworks and strategies.
* Supporting PMO and Project Controls performance on assigned commissions.
* Integral part of a high-performing PMO and Project Controls team.
* Directing project teams in executing PMO and Project Controls processes across cost, schedule, change, risk, and reporting, ensuring objectives and escalations are effectively managed.
* Supporting the hub PMO and Project Controls Director with resourcing and recruitment.
You'll need to have:
* Professional membership (RICS, CIOB, APM, ICE).
* Proven delivery experience in pharmaceutical projects.
* Strong commercial, financial, and leadership expertise.
* Skilled in stakeholder management and sustainability awareness.
