Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role
Join our team and support digitalization initiatives by helping transform data into actionable insights. In this role, you will contribute to improving data transparency, quality, and governance while working closely with both technical and business stakeholders.

* Data is everything: Support the development of data visualizations, reports, and dashboards that enable data-driven decision-making
* Reliable work: Contribute to data management activities such as data quality checks, data cleansing, data normalization, and ensuring data integrity across systems
* Being strong together: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT and business stakeholders, to ensure data governance and management requirements are properly implemented
* Keep the overview: Support the monitoring and reporting of data quality and compliance within the organization
* Experience research: Perform data analysis and data mining to identify trends, patterns, and valuable insights from existing datasets

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
You are a motivated and analytical student who enjoys working with data and supporting digital transformation initiatives in a collaborative environment.

* Study Field: You are currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Engineering and Analytics, Information Management, Statistics, or a comparable field
* Experience: Ideally, you have gained initial practical experience through internships or working student roles and are familiar with the Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint) as well as data visualization or reporting tools such as Tableau, KNIME, or similar platforms
* Skills: You possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail and the ability to think critically. Basic knowledge of data governance principles, data management concepts, and project management methodologies is a plus
* Way of Working: Structured, organized, and able to prioritize tasks efficiently while managing multiple activities
* Personality: Communicative, collaborative, and proactive, with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with different stakeholders
* Language Skills: Good English skills, both written and spoken

* Working part-time: The focus is on studies. That's why working as a student employee during lecture period is limited to a maximum of 20 hours per week.
* Proper students (according to the German law) are welcome: To work as a student employee with us, you must be enrolled at a university and not have completed all of your exams or modules for your degree programme. You must not be in a semester of leave. We look forward to welcoming you to our team for at least 6 months.
* You should live close to the site: For good collaboration, it is important to us that you can come to the office regularly to integrate to the team.
