Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role
As a member of our Global Product Management team, you will support the successful positioning and growth of our RF Radar portfolio by contributing to strategic and operational initiatives.
* Drive Go-to-Market Activities: Support the preparation and execution of go-to-market initiatives and marketing campaigns while contributing to promotional activities that increase product visibility and customer engagement
* Support Global Business Growth: Track and monitor global project opportunities together with regional teams and prepare reports and insights from business reviews and opportunity tracking meetings
* Collaborate Across Functions: Work closely with Product Marketing, Application Management, Technical Marketing, and regional sales teams while coordinating activities across multiple stakeholder groups to ensure successful project execution
* Contribute Creative Ideas: Develop innovative approaches to make products more accessible and attractive to customers worldwide and support the creation of engaging customer-facing content and materials
* Gain Strategic Product Management Experience: Support go-to-market planning, product forecasting, business planning activities, and pricing discussions while gaining insight into strategic product management
Your Profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
You are a proactive and creative team player who enjoys collaborating with different stakeholders and taking ownership of challenging tasks in an international environment.
* Education: Currently pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering, Economics, Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
* Experience: First practical experience through internships, working student positions, or university projects in Product Management, Business Development, Marketing, Sales, or related areas. Exposure to working with internal and external stakeholders is a plus
* Working Style: Proactive, self-driven, and eager to take ownership, combined with a creative mindset and the ability to explore new ideas
* Personality: Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively and balance different stakeholder interests
* Skills: Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly PowerPoint and Excel, as well as strong analytical, presentation, and business reporting capabilities
* Languages: Fluent English & German skills, both written and spokenPlease attach the following documents to your application:

* Working part-time: The focus is on studies. That's why working as a student employee during lecture period is limited to a maximum of 20 hours per week.
* Proper students (according to the German law) are welcome: To work as a student employee with us, you must be enrolled at a university and not have completed all of your exams or modules for your degree programme. You must not be in a semester of leave. We look forward to welcoming you to our team for at least 6 months.
* You should live close to the site: For good collaboration, it is important to us that you can come to the office regularly to integrate to the team.
