Dutch Speaking Customer Advisor - Work from Home (Greece)
Location: Remote in Greece
Salary: EUR1,601 gross p/m (= EUR1,200 net per month) + EUR30 net p/m work from home allowance + EUR121 net p/m food allowance up to EUR100 gross monthly bonus + top ups for Sunday (75%) and late (25%) work
Hours: 40 hrs/week, rotational shifts between Mon-Sun, 08:30-23:00 (split shifts)
The Role
We are recruiting Dutch-speaking Customer Advisors for an international outsourcing partner in Greece. This is a work from home position.
In this role, you will:
* Be the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, and live chat
* Handle queries and technical issues, ensuring timely first-time resolution
* Provide accurate advice on products and services
* Recommend solutions that best fit customer needs
Requirements
* Fluent Dutch (spoken and written)
* Good level of English
* Previous experience in customer service, tech support or sales preferred
* Ability to multi-task and problem-solve
* Stable internet connection (essential for remote work)
* Willingness to work split shifts
