Position summary
The Shift Team Leader is responsible for leading and coordinating production activities during the assigned shift, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality operations in line with factory standards and specifications. The role focuses on managing resources, maintaining compliance with Health & Safety and Quality requirements, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

A day in the life…

* Ensure smooth and effective production operation and output according to specifications.

* Lead production shift by ensuring right resources as well as Safety and Quality standards.

* Participate in projects for improvement of machine or operational reliability.

* Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures, while ensuring compliance.

* Act as a point of reference for Health & Safety according to legislation as well as specific factory rules.

What makes you successful

* University Degree in Engineering or Food Technology or any other relevant field.

* Strong communication & organizational skills.

* Problem solving capabilities.

* TPM knowledge would be a plus.

* Ability to work in shifts. (7:00 - 15:00, 15:00 - 23:00, 23:00 - 7:00)

* Fluency in Greek and English.

* PC literacy.

* Knowledge of SAP would be a plus.
