Please note, this is an Entry-level role.

Your mission:

As a key member of the Service Experience Team, you will own and coordinate risk management-related operational activities, ensuring accurate, timely, and controlled delivery of contracted services to our clients. You will play a critical role in maintaining data integrity, overseeing reporting processes, and supporting seamless execution across the full risk management lifecycle.

What you will do:

* Coordinate and manage risk management-related processes, including volume updates, hedge tracking, and international hedge reporting
* Ensure client positions are accurately maintained and aligned with market activities and contractual frameworks
* Maintain and validate forecast volumes in cooperation with clients and internal stakeholders
* Identify, investigate, and resolve discrepancies in data, methodologies, or reporting outputs
* Administer and control trade confirmations, ensuring all executed transactions are properly reported and traceable
* Collaborate closely with trading desks, counterparties, and internal teams to ensure auditability of trades
* Oversee international hedge reporting processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery
* Act as a key coordination point for resolving operational issues, managing data flows, and ensuring data integrity
* Support onboarding activities, including setting up robust risk management reporting structures
* Monitor and continuously improve processes to ensure operational excellence and strong control environment
* Proactively identify risks or process breakdowns and escalate issues while driving resolution
* Work closely with internal teams (trading, forecasting, reporting) to ensure seamless end-to-end service delivery
* Maintain a client-focused approach while primarily ensuring operational accuracy and service quality

What we need from you:

* Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent experience in customer service or client management
* Fluency in English is a must
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)
* Customer-centric mindset with a strong focus on service quality
* Excellent prioritization and organizational skills
* Strong analytical and data-driven thinking, with the ability to interpret and validate complex datasets
* Proactive, self-driven personality with the ability to take initiative and ownership
* Strong sense of responsibility and accountability for deliverables
* Ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders in an international environment
* Adaptability and willingness to learn in a fast-paced, changing environment
* Attention to detail and strong quality focus
