Sales assistant (Debrecen)

* You will be responsible for processing incoming orders and will be the direct contact person for our customers (prices, quantities, deadlines, ambiguities in the order, etc.).
* You will support the acquisition of new business and always keep an eye on our existing customers.
* You will support the processing of customer inquiries (including change management) and internal calculations, preparation of offers, maintenance of customer portals.
* With the help of SAP, you will be responsible for price and master data maintenance, as well as the creation and tracking of delivery schedules, prototype and initial sample orders. You will also be responsible for receivables management.
* You will assist in the preparation of sales / revenue planning.
* You will be a part of the interface communication with upstream and downstream departments (purchasing, work preparation, quality department, prototype construction, ...).
* You will prepare internal and external appointments and take part in meetings.
* You will collect and analyze internal sales key figures and prepare monthly reports in cooperation with operational sales.

* Commercial education
* Experience in a manufacturing company, knowledge of automotive / automotive supply industry is an advantage
* A practiced and confident use of MS Office and SAP/SD is desirable
* Fluent written and spoken English, German knowledge is an advantage
