Job Description:

Role Summary :
The candidate will demonstrate technical expertise in developing electrical basic & & detail design document, coordination with various disciplines and client to finalize the inputs and tie in points, provide procurement support and review post order vendor documentation.
Essential Responsibilities / Expectations :
* Candidates from EPC background, Water Treatment Plant's/ Power Industry and Oil&Gas are preferable.
* Candidate must be familiar with international code and standard, IS, NEC IEC UL NFPA
* Candidates must study client specifications and able to prepare TBE List
* Candidates must perform basic engineering deliverables like Load List, SLD and electrical equipment layouts
* Candidates must perform detailed engineering deliverables like Power & Control cable sizing, Power & Control cable schedule, Cable tray sizing and cable tray layouts
* Candidates must perform detailed engineering deliverables like Earthing calculations & Layouts, Lightning calculations & Layouts, Lighting calculation reports, SLD, Layouts & wiring diagrams
* Candidates must be proficient in Auto CAD/Navis/Dialux softwares
* Candidates must prepare and review LV/HV Motor Datasheets
* Candidates must perform RFQ/TBE/Offer evaluation for Motors/MCC Panels/VFD Panels/Power & Control Cables/Cable Trays/Earthing BOM/Light Fixtures (All post order)
* Candidates must perform RFQ/TBE/Offer evaluation for LV Transformers/DG Set/UPS Panels
* Candidates must have knowledge on Hazardous Area classification- ATEX/IECEX
* Candidates could perform Instrument list, Datasheets & PLC I/O List
* Candidates could perform RFQ Specifications/TBE/Offer evaluation for PLC Control Panels
* Identifies issues and coordinates its resolution.
Key Deliverables:
* On-time delivery on project deliverables at 95%: Candidate must submit required documents to lead engineer for review before or on time of set delivery date. On a scale of 0-100%, each missed day will be a deduction of 1%.
* First-pass submittal of 95% accuracy: The candidate must ensure that the checking of his work has been done by self and as well as peer reviewer.
* Communication: Assumptions shall not be made. Candidates must contact Client E&I if task or work instructions are not clear.
* Follow organization related QMS procedures and work Instructions diligently
Qualification Requirements and Characteristics :
* 3 to 7years of experience performing detailed electrical engineering and basic Instrumentation engineering from any EPC industry.
* Knowledge on different vendors available in the market for electrical equipment like MCC's, Motors, Light Fixtures Etc.. .
* Broad knowledge of industry standards and related work processes

Qualifications:

Engineering Degree - Electrical and Electronics Engineering or Technology
