JOB PURPOSE

The Social Media Specialist will join our Versace HQ based in Milan to support the Social Media Senior Manager within Marketing & Communications Department.

They will contribute to the execution of the brand's social media strategy through scheduling, reporting and benchmarking. They will handle and update Versace's social media profiles including asset management and community monitoring.

RESPONSABILITIES

* Scheduling and Coordination: in accordance with the organic digital communication plan, schedule social media posts, update social profiles, and monitor relevant news and content.

* Performance Analysis and Reporting: Track key metrics from campaigns, community insights and listening projects to deliver feedback in smart reports that aim to optimize subsequent campaigns.

* Internal Communication: Share digital communication plans and assets internally and facilitate ease of transmission to local markets.

* Administrative maintenance: Invoice, payment, supplier tracking.

* Competitive Research: Maintain awareness of latest social media platform developments and prepare relevant benchmarking reports.

* Content Creation: if necessary, assist in content creation alongside Senior Manager.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or relevant discipline

English - fluent (both written and spoken)

2 years of experience in a similar role

Interpersonal:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a flexible, open-minded, and professional approach

Self-starter with a global mindset, capable of working autonomously and proactively with strong attention to detail

Excellent organizational, prioritization, and multitasking abilities, consistently meeting goals and deadlines

Technical skills and professional knowledge:

Advanced proficiency in social media management tools (e.g. Sprinklr).

Highly skilled in report and Microsoft PowerPoint; familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and video editing software

Excellent written and verbal communication, proofreading, and editing abilities.
