Job description

We are looking for a talented and committed Fresh Graduate Engineer to play a Supervisor role in one of our plants located in Turin - Mirafiori.

The responsibilities of the Supervisor include but are not limited to the following:
* the achievement of daily production program with the highest level of Safety, Quality, Costs and Environment;
* driving continuous improvement activities and ensures the highest skills develop.

Reporting to the Shift Manager of the Production Unit he/she is in charge, he/she is responsible for managing a team of Team Leaders and Line Operators for the segment of the production line he/she is responsible for.

He/She is responsible for all indicators in his/her production area: Quality, Safety, Production, People, Costs; he/she will monitor, analyze, and define efficiency strategies, including through deployment to his/her team leaders and through continuous improvement projects, in collaboration with supporting bodies (process managers, plant managers, etc.).

He/She works in the morning from 6.00 am to 2.00 pm or from 2.00 pm to 10.00 pm on alternate weeks, in accordance with the assigned production shift.

Profile

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experiences:
* Master degree in Engineering (Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering or Management Engineering
* 1/2 years of experience in the specific or similar roles in a manufacturing plant is a plus
* Fluent in English (minimum B2 level)
* Analytical approach
* Excellent team work orientation;
* Excellent communication skills;
* Sense of responsibility;
* Ability to learn and to work under pressure;
* Sense of initiative;
* Technical knowledge of production Press Processes and Products;
* Good leadership skills.
