Retail Merchandiser Woman Accessories (maternity leave cover)

Job Description:

The role will be responsible for supporting the strategic development, and execution of merchandising initiatives for Fendi's women's accessories category within a retail environment. This temporary position aims to maintain business continuity, drive sales performance, and elevate customer experience by ensuring optimal product assortment, compelling visual presentation, and timely responsiveness to market trends. The Retail Merchandiser Woman Accessories will work collaboratively with various cross-functional teams, including retail operations and visual merchandising, to translate brand vision into impactful retail strategies.
The position is based at Rome HQ.
A minimum of 1 year of experience in Retail Merchandising; University degree in Economics, Engineering, Business or related fields; Fluent in English; Highly numerate and analytical with a strong attention to detail; Ability to communicate and negotiate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders; Ability to work in a rapidly evolving and fast paced environment; Positive, can-do attitude.
