Your job as a Robotics Maintenance Coordinator :
* Provide effective supervision, training and coaching to assigned maintenance employees to achieve the required equipment up time, equipment repairs, and production goals.
* Ensure that standard operating procedures and engineering procedures are current, accurate and that all work is done in compliance to ensure maximum quality.
* Work with employees to resolve technical and machine problems.
* Maintain ongoing preventive maintenance program to ensure optimum equipment performance
* Provide the shift to shift communication link in order to keep all team members working toward the same goals.
* Oversee equipment upgrades and retrofit projects, effectively coordinating with supplier support.
* Participate directly in maintain operations and act as a reference, especially for newcomers
* Implement continuous improvement projects on the site
* Represent Exotec on-site

Candidate Requirements:

* Good level of spoken English : resume in English is required to apply; 1st interview is conducted in English.
* First experience in managing or coaching a team of engineers or technicians
* Good skills on mechanical and electrical maintenance operations
* Broad knowledge on software, mechanical and electrical engineering
* Appetite to work on various systems and machines and fieldwork
* Good communication skills
