Job Description:

Lead and coordinate all pattern-making and prototyping activities, ensuring the accurate translation of Product Development requirements into technical patterns, prototypes, and industrializable samples. The role ensures technical quality, feasibility, and consistency throughout the entire development cycle.
Solid 10-year experience in pattern making and prototyping for bags within the luxury industry. Strong expertise in pattern-making and construction techniques. Proficiency with CAD pattern-making software (e.g. Mozart). Ability to develop patterns both manually and digitally. Solid understanding of materials, reinforcements, and hardware. Experience managing the prototype-sample-industrialization pipeline
