As an Experimentation Product Manager - Ops (Tech) you will act as the team's "force multiplier", increasing our overall experimentation velocity. You'll dive deep into experiment results to make sure we make the right decisions, and help us find new ideas/hypotheses to test by investigating past results. You'll ensure teams can move fast by creating all the artifacts for an experiment and and securing all the alignments before engineers begin to execute. You'll also own some experiments end to end.

Key job responsibilities
- Help prioritize the right ideas by conducting analysis to project the impact of each initiative.
- Get experiments defined, aligned, and ready for development.
- Support post-experiment analysis that goes beyond a launch decision to drive insight that generates new experiments, and
- Track outcomes to increase accountability and program insight

From personalized music playlists to exclusive podcasts, concert livestreams to artist merch, Amazon Music is innovating at some of the most exciting intersections of music and culture.

Amazon Music's Growth team creates and optimizes experiences throughout customers' lifecycle to drive listener and subscriber growth. This involves rigorous experimentation of new features and feature improvements, to ensure that only initiatives that have a positive impact are launched

Candidate Requirements:

- 4+ years of customer-facing product development and product management, including defining, launching, and optimizing product and services experience
- Experience with feature priotization and product roadmap tradeoffs
- Experience in customer-facing product development and product management, including defining, launching, and optimizing product and services
- Experience in A/B testing
- Speak, write, and read fluently in English
- Experience working with engineering and technical teams to build automated solutions
- Experience with SQL
