Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Training Specialist located in Guadalajara South.
Reporting to the Operations Training Manager, the Training Specialist's role involves:

What a typical day looks like:
* Participates in needs analysis studies to determine training needs within organization.
* Confers with management to gain knowledge of specific work situations requiring employees to better understand changes in policies, procedures, regulations and technologies.
* Formulates teaching outline and determines instructional methods such as individual training, group instruction, lectures, demonstrations, conferences, meetings and workshops.
* Selects or develops teaching aids such as training handbooks, demonstration models, multimedia visual aids, computer tutorials and reference works.
* Selects or develops testing and evaluation procedures to be used at completion of training.

The experience we're looking to add to our team:
* Intermediate English.
* Bachelor's degree.
* Conducts training sessions covering specified areas such as new employee orientation, on-the-job training, use of computers and software, apprenticeship programs, customer service, sales techniques, health and safety practices, public relations, refresher training, promotional development, upgrading and leadership development.
* Evaluates participants to measure progress and to ascertain effectiveness of training.
* Reports on progress of employees under guidance during training periods.
* Revises design of training curriculum and methods to improve effectiveness.
