Our digital presence and lead generation strategy are key to our growth, and SEO plays a critical role in driving high-quality traffic and visibility.Job Overview We are looking for a hands-on SEO Expert (Bilingual) to lead and execute our organic search strategy. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both strategy and execution, is data-driven, and can work closely with marketing, content, and operations teams to improve rankings, traffic, and conversions.Key Responsibilities Develop and execute on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies Conduct keyword research focused on local and national U.S. markets Optimize website content, landing pages, and blog content Monitor SEO performance using tools like Google Search Console, GA, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar Identify and resolve technical SEO issues (site speed, indexing, structure, etc.) Collaborate with content and design teams to align SEO best practices Optimize local SEO (Google Business Profile, citations, maps visibility) Track rankings, traffic, and conversions, and prepare performance reports Stay up to date with SEO trends and algorithm updates Requirements Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or SEO Expert Advanced English level (written and spoken) Strong knowledge of technical, on-page, and off-page SEO Experience with SEO tools and analytics platforms Understanding of local SEO and lead-generation strategies Ability to work on-site in Cancún Organized, analytical, and results-oriented Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment What We Offer Competitive salary Professional and collaborative work environment Opportunity to grow and scale SEO strategies with real impact Hands-on role with ownership of results
