About the role
As the Specialist for Process & Operations Excellence within the IMPACT (Innovation Management, Process excellence And Continuous Transformation) Team, you will play a critical role in driving Reckitt's GBS-wide transformation agenda. Partnering with a specific global function or Global Process Owners (GPOs), and/or regional Hub(s), you will champion the deployment of IMPACT methodologies, Continuous Improvement (CI), and digital enablement to drive measurable business outcomes.
This role requires a Black Belt professional with strong experience in delivering high-impact improvement initiatives across global operations. You will lead a portfolio of transformation programs, originate new improvement opportunities, and guide functional teams to adopt standardized, streamlined, and digitally enabled ways of working.
Your responsibilities
* Drive the IMPACT transformation agenda across assigned function, value streams, GPO domains, or Hub(s).
* Manage a portfolio of high-impact improvement initiatives, ensuring measurable value delivery across efficiency, cost, experience, and risk reduction.
* Originate, shape, and deliver improvement ideas and transformation programs leveraging Lean, Six Sigma, digital tools, and automation.
* Partner with function leaders, GPOs, GBS teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to align priorities and drive adoption of standardized processes and governance.
* Facilitate CI capability building, coaching teams on Lean Six Sigma, problem-solving, and IMPACT best practices.
* Support digital transformation efforts including automation, analytics-led improvements, and technology-enabled process redesign.
* Monitor initiative performance, track KPIs, and ensure delivery of committed value.
* Contribute to the evolution of IMPACT frameworks, tools, and operating models for enterprise-wide scale.
The experience we're looking for
* Experience (5-7 years) in process transformation across functions.
* Strong background in partnering with business functions, GPO structures, or global/regional hubs.
* Demonstrated success in identifying, shaping, and delivering high-impact improvement initiatives.
* Experience managing a transformation portfolio, including governance, benefit tracking, and stakeholder alignment.
* Exposure to automation, digital transformation, analytics, and technology-enabled process redesign.
* Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive change in complex, matrixed, multicultural environments.
* Experience within CPG, GBS, or large-scale transformation environments preferred though not mandatory.
* Global experience.
