The Corporate Salesperson is a developing professional role. Deals with most problems independently and has some latitude to solve complex problems. Integrates in-depth specialty area knowledge with a solid understanding of industry standards and practices. Good understanding of how the team and area integrate with others in accomplishing the objectives of the subfunction/ job family. Applies analytical thinking and knowledge of data analysis tools and methodologies. Requires attention to detail when making judgments and recommendations based on the analysis of factual information. Typically deals with variable issues with potentially broader business impact. Applies professional judgment when interpreting data and results. Breaks down information in a systematic and communicable manner. Developed communication and diplomacy skills are required in order to exchange potentially complex/sensitive information. Moderate but direct impact through close contact with the businesses' core activities. Quality and timeliness of service provided will affect the effectiveness of own team and other closely related teams.
Responsibilities:
* Sell separate account services or finance products directly to corporate clients
* Will help team to service clients in the buying and selling of securities, derivatives, FX and commodities
* Help drive the team's developed strategy across specified product line
* Aid to achieve specified goals in both market and wallet share for the identified client franchise
* Originate and execute meaningful and landmark transactions
* Will independently and/or jointly work within business product to achieve the strategic growth and market share we are aiming for
* Individuals at this level continue to develop their knowledge of the business (e.g., firm's products and services), marketplace, and clients
* Partner closely with other key businesses and functions to ensure proper product deployment based on understanding of client
* Help foster an environment of collaboration through interfacing with appropriate internal partners to enhance share of mind with clients, increase dialogue and to deliver on expertise
* Understand and analyze clients' businesses and exposures to provide best suited sales solutions in full coordination with all relevant business partners
* Ensure and facilitate optimal discussions with the clients with guidance from team leads or Desk Head
* Leading strong governance and controls
* Work in close partnership with control functions such as Legal, Compliance, Market and Credit Risk, Audit, Finance in order to ensure appropriate governance and control infrastructure
* Build a culture of responsible finance, good governance and supervision, expense discipline and ethics
* Appropriately assess risk/reward of transactions when making business decisions; demonstrating proper consideration for the firm's reputation.
* Be familiar with and adhere to Citi's Code of Conduct and the Plan of Supervision for Global Markets and Securities Services

Qualifications:
* 2-5 years relevant experience
* Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Math
* Previous experience in client-facing roles with proven track record on growing and maintaining relationships through value added service and commercial skills
* An entrepreneurial approach for business origination and developing new relationships
* Excellent interpersonal skills
* Excellent communications skills
Education:
* Bachelors/University degree or equivalent experience

Principales actividades y responsabilidades:
1. Apoyo en la comercialización de productos de FX en canales de consumo
* Brindar soporte en la estrategia y ejecución de la oferta de productos cambiarios (FX) a través de los diferentes canales de consumo del banco, incluyendo Bancanet, sucursales y cajeros automáticos (ATMs).
* Coordinar con las áreas involucradas para asegurar la correcta implementación, disponibilidad y funcionamiento de las soluciones de FX en los distintos canales.
* Monitorear el desempeño y adopción de los productos, identificando oportunidades de optimización y crecimiento.
2. Ejecución y cierre de operaciones cambiarias para clientes internos
* Gestionar y ejecutar operaciones de compraventa de divisas para áreas internas del banco, incluyendo los negocios de Pagos y Tarjetas de Crédito.
* Asegurar la correcta cotización, liquidación y registro de las transacciones, cumpliendo con las políticas y procedimientos internos.
* Mantener una comunicación efectiva con las áreas usuarias para atender sus requerimientos de cobertura y conversión de divisas de manera eficiente y oportuna.
3. Administración del portafolio de FX para el segmento PyME
* Liderar la gestión integral del portafolio de productos cambiarios para el segmento PyME, desarrollando iniciativas orientadas a incrementar la penetración, rentabilidad y satisfacción de los clientes.
* Analizar información comercial y de comportamiento de clientes para identificar oportunidades de negocio, tendencias y áreas de mejora.
* Diseñar e implementar estrategias de crecimiento, así como dar seguimiento a indicadores de desempeño, campañas comerciales y planes de acción relacionados con el segmento.
* Colaborar con equipos comerciales, de producto y analítica para impulsar la adopción de soluciones de FX dentro del mercado PyME.
4. Soporte en la gestión de información de los dominios de Markets
* Apoyar en la recopilación, análisis, consolidación y mantenimiento de información relacionada con los distintos dominios y líneas de negocio de Markets.
* Elaborar reportes, presentaciones y análisis ejecutivos que contribuyan a la toma de decisiones estratégicas.
* Coordinar con diversas áreas para garantizar la integridad, consistencia y disponibilidad de la información requerida para proyectos, iniciativas y seguimiento de resultados.
Requisitos:
Inglés: Avanzado conversacional
Experiencia en Excel y Visual Basic
Conocimiento en el área de Markets
Experiencia previa en puestos similares y gestión de proyectos.
