Przegląd As a Talent Sourcer will be responsible for researching, identifying, and contacting potential candidates for various positions. Cooperation based on mandate contract (umowa zlecenie) Obowiązki Conducting phone screenings with candidates. Conducting direct search and actively seeking candidates. Publishing and promoting job offers and analyzing application documents. Managing modern candidate acquisition channels and the candidate database. Kwalifikacje Previous similar experience in working as a sourcer in an internal HR department or a recruitment agency. Knowledge of candidate sourcing tools and methods. Experience in working with ATS systems (e.g., icims) and LinkedIn Recruiter. Strong client service and communication skills. Fluent English. Practical knowledge of MS Office. Experience in the advertising or digital production industry is a plus.
