WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

* Experience in Talent Acquisition Operations
* Excellent command of Polish language, also proficiency in English
* A people person, interested in developing Human Resources, specifically in the recruitment area.
* A great communicator, able to connect and engage with people of various cultures, professional backgrounds and seniority.
* Strong problem solving and communication skills, able to plan the work and prioritize the tasks
* Knowledge of recruitment processes and tools
* Knowledge of any SAP Success Factors & any of Applicant Tracking System tool would be a strong plus

* In this role you will earn no less than PLN 7 208 gross per month
* Fixed -term contract until end of November 2026

HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US?

* Support the candidates' journey before joining PMI in a close cooperation with the market Talent Acquisition Teams - schedule interviews, coordinate logistics, help the candidates with required information, handle candidates' expenses
* Provide assistance to the candidates and hiring managers in questions related to the recruitment and onboarding process
* Contribute to process improvements to provide an outstanding candidate's experience
* Maintain systems and tools for application tracking, and improve technology solutions for better user experience
* Prepare employment contracts and coordinate hiring activities, ensuring document completeness and timely delivery
* Support HR stakeholders in the markets with the relevant data by creating reports and preparing analysis that help their decision-making process
