DELMIA HUB Test Lead

Job Description:

We are looking for a Test Lead to join the Test Factory within the DELMIA HUB organization. In this role, you will be primarily responsible for managing test execution, supporting team members, and actively participating in testing activities. You will work closely with project teams and customers to define and execute testing strategies that ensure high-quality solutions.
Role Description & Responsibilities
* Establish quality metrics and define testing procedures for projects
* Lead and support a team of testers by assigning tasks and monitoring progress
* Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to team members
* Oversee the execution of manual and automated tests to ensure accuracy and completeness
* Manage defect tracking, ensuring timely reporting and close collaboration with developers for resolution
* Configure test environments, manage test data, and plan test schedules
* Prepare and present regular status reports to management and stakeholders
* Communicate risks, blockers, and progress clearly to ensure alignment
* Maintain strong working relationships with all project stakeholders
Qualifications
* Proven experience in software testing, including at least 3 years in a leadership role
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify issues and develop effective solutions
* Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills
* Experience with test management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps)
* Experience with various testing tools and frameworks
* Experience with tools supporting test automation (i.e. Jenkins, JMeter)
* Adaptable, detail-oriented and proactive mindset
