Whether you've got deep experience in commercial real estate, skilled trades or technology, or you're looking to apply your relevant experience to a new industry, join our team as we help shape a brighter way forward.

Join JLL as our EMEA Account Sourcing Manager and take ownership of strategic sourcing and procurement activities for a key client across our Integrated Facilities Management service lines. In this senior role, you'll lead a high-performing sourcing team, drive measurable savings, and shape supplier strategy across the EMEA region. You'll act as the trusted procurement partner to client stakeholders, balancing commercial impact with compliance, sustainability, and innovation. If you thrive on leading complex negotiations, building strong supplier relationships, and influencing at a strategic level, this is your opportunity to make a tangible impact within a global organisation.

What You'll Do

* Lead all strategic sourcing and procurement activities for a designated client account across EMEA, ensuring delivery against savings targets and account KPIs.
* Manage and develop the account S&P team, fostering high performance and continuous improvement.
* Represent JLL S&P in client meetings, governance forums, and Quarterly Business Reviews, delivering insightful reporting on savings, supplier performance, and strategic initiatives.
* Lead end-to-end strategic procurement planning, including RFP management, bid analysis, negotiations, contract management, risk mitigation, and compliance reporting via the Jaggaer platform.
* Build and manage strategic relationships with JLL preferred suppliers and multi-national partners across EMEA, monitoring performance against framework agreements.
* Ensure suppliers are qualified, onboarded, and managed in line with JLL processes, with full alignment to compliance and risk management standards.
* Drive the sustainability and D&I supplier strategy for the account in partnership with the JLL S&P Sustainability lead.
* Support account transitions, transformation initiatives, audits, and training to embed best-in-class sourcing practices across the region.

What We're Looking For

* Strong leadership presence with the ability to manage teams, projects, finances, and stakeholder relationships at a senior level.
* Deep understanding of Integrated Facilities Management services, supplier environments, and sourcing procedures, particularly for services contracts.
* Proven track record of developing EMEA strategic relationships with multi-national suppliers.
* Excellent negotiation, influencing, and communication skills, with the confidence to engage senior client stakeholders.
* Strong analytical, financial, and commercial acumen, combined with sound judgement and a creative, solution-oriented mindset.
* Fluent written and verbal English; an additional Western European language is a strong advantage.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and procurement platforms (Jaggaer experience preferred).
* Strategic thinker with organisational awareness, personal effectiveness, and a collaborative, team-first approach.

What You Can Expect From Us

* Competitive Rewards & Benefits - Permanent contract after probationary period, private healthcare, cafeteria system, life insurance, and employee assistance program.
* Flexible Work Environment - Hybrid model in premium Warsaw Spire workspace with state-of-the-art facilities and metro access.
* Career Development & Growth - Robust development opportunities with 80% employee participation in structured programs, AI upskilling, and professional training.
