Job Description:

Within Bosch Building Technologies, our Digital & Cloud competence center develops innovative SaaS solutions for commercial buildings - driving energy efficiency, sustainability, and smart automation. As a system integrator, we deliver end-to-end solutions that enhance safety, security, and comfort for our customers worldwide.
Your contribution to something big:
* Drive agile excellence: You empower cross-functional teams to successfully develop digital service products (SaaS) in building technologies and energy management.
* Coach and inspire: You foster a culture of continuous improvement, self-organization, and ownership by applying agile principles across team and program levels.
* Enable team performance: In close collaboration with Release Train Engineers and leadership, you identify and remove impediments to ensure smooth delivery.
* Create transparency: You ensure clear communication of progress, risks, and dependencies while supporting backlog refinement and prioritization.
* Facilitate collaboration: You lead agile ceremonies such as PI Planning, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives in an engaging and effective way.
* Promote knowledge sharing: You act as a mentor for agile values (Scrum, SAFe), strengthening collaboration within and across teams.
* Optimize processes: You continuously improve agile ways of working, tools, and frameworks together with other Scrum Masters and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

What distinguishes you:
Education
* Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable field
Experience
* Several years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach, ideally in scaled environments
Know-how
* Strong expertise in Scrum; knowledge of SAFe or LeSS is a plus
* Experience in software development environments (e.g., Java, cloud technologies)
Languages
* Fluent in English
Working Style and Methods
* Structured and solution-oriented approach
* Ability to foster collaboration in distributed, international teams
* Comfortable working in hybrid setups
Personality
* Strong communication skills with an inclusive mindset
