What we're looking for
Are you a technical enthusiast who bridges the gap between Development and Infrastructure? We are looking for a Junior Automation DevOps Engineer to join our team.
Unlike generic DevOps roles, you will be part of an elite team responsible for the integrity, deployment, and 24/7 stability of our UiPath-based automation infrastructure and high-value AI systems.
You will not just "operate" systems; you will learn to audit code, manage Orchestrator environments, and ensure that our "digital workforce" never sleeps.

What you'll be doing
As a Junior Automation DevOps Engineer, you will:
* Conduct first-level code reviews for UiPath workflows to ensure they meet internal "clean code" standards and security protocols before deployment.
* Monitor the global health of the automations and services to ensure 24/7 availability and optimal resource allocation.
* Identify and report infrastructure anomalies (network latency, SQL bottlenecks, or robot contention) before they impact critical business operations.
* Distinguish between infrastructure failures and workflow logic errors by performing deep-dive analysis of Orchestrator logs and database traces.
* Participate in the on-call rotation, taking ownership of initial incident triage and the restoration of automated services.
* Provide technical support for client development teams, managing the configuration of automations across all environments.
* Contribute to the overall technical documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the platform.
* Build a technical knowledge base by documenting "lessons learned" and root cause analyses from production incidents.
* Engage in shadowing sessions with Senior staff to learn high-level fleet management and complex architectural design.
* Commit to a continuous learning path, actively pursuing advanced certifications (UiPath, Cloud, or K8s) to prepare for Mid-level responsibilities.
What you need to know/have

Technical skills

* Bachelor's Degree (Computer Science, Engineering, or Cybernetics) with a minimum of 1 year of general IT experience (including internships).
* 0-1 years of experience in software development and system administration.
* OOP and Scripting (mid-level); ability to read and understand .NET (VB.Net or C#) and Python code for debugging and initial code reviews.
* Knowledge in configuring RPA workflows, including UiPath Orchestrator management and Studio debugging.
* Proficiency in SQL queries, working with JSON/XML structures, and consuming REST/SOAP web services.
* Mid-level administration of Windows and Linux Servers, including services management and log analysis.
* Familiarity with Git and basic concepts of CI/CD pipelines.

Soft skills

* Excellent communication skills in English; French is a strong plus.
* Analytical thinking with a focus on attention to detail regarding audit logs and root cause analysis.
* Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to provide technical support in international environments.
* Strong team-player and self-starter attitude, capable of collaborating with developers and architects.
* Adaptability and fast learning regarding new software systems and automation methodologies.
* Proactive and objective attitude in identifying and reporting system anomalies.
